Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship to Canada and USA.

Standard Shipping Times

Canada: 6-14 Days

USA: 3-9 Days

NOTE: Shipping time excludes clearance/customs delays (if applicable) and any delays out of our control. Delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes.

Processing Time

Orders can sometimes take up to 2 business days to process after being placed and before being shipped out. We apologize for the delay, and are actively trying to minimize processing time. 

Unexpected Delays

Delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is placed and put our for shipment. Some deliveries may take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, and other unavoidable circumstances. Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the responsibility of the buyer. For normal orders not found, in transit, pending or expired with more than 45 business days (counting from the date of payment), Sunheldkitchen will issue a 100% refund. If shipment however, was prevented or delayed in whole or in part by reason of war, pandemic, earthquake, flood, virus, storm and heavy snow, Sunheldkitchen will not be liable for the delay shipping of the orders caused by unforeseeable delays.

Separate Shipments

When you order multiple items at the same time, they may be shipped separately to they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one items before the next. we do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

Order cancellation and change request

We accept 12 hour's notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information. Please note that  any requests received after a 12 hour period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed. We will try out best to accommodate your request.
